General Assembly
The General Assembly consists of all the member bodies of the Federation and meets annually. The General Assembly receives the report of the Council, presented by the President, as well as the reports of the Treasurer, of the Secretary General and of the auditors. It approves the nomination of a President, the membership contributions and the budget, appoints the members of the Executive and the Auditor and adopts decisions upon any constitutional or other matter referred to it by the Council. The Federation is governed by a Council, which comprises one representative from each member institute and meets no less than two times a year. The Council is responsible for deciding constitutional questions and electing the Executive. Excom
The Executive consists of the President, the Deputy President and no more than eight Vice-Presidents.The Executive is responsible for the implementation of the decisions taken by the Council, as well as efficiency related matters of FCM. FCM Executive Members 2006-2008:
